jkt7 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction, typically Rp 50,000. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name and matching your verified Account details.
Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) and within 24 hours outside banking hours. jkt7 does not charge fees for deposits, though your financial institution may apply transfer charges.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 50,000; maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your Account verification level and VIP tier. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a verified Indonesian bank account registered in your name. Processing times are typically 2-4 hours during business hours, with same-day processing guaranteed for requests submitted before 20:00 WIB. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours for additional security verification.
jkt7 operates in full compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposits and withdrawals, particularly for large transactions. Suspicious activity may be reported to relevant authorities. All game results on jkt7 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes. Once a game round is complete and the result displayed, it is final and cannot be reversed or disputed unless a clear technical error occurred. In the event of a software malfunction, all affected bets will be voided, and stakes returned.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, jkt7's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim. jkt7 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining balance. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened, and you must register a new Account if you wish to use jkt7's services in the future (subject to eligibility).
jkt7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you after deduction of any outstanding fees or obligations.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. An inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 per month may be charged after the 12-month period until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will receive an email notification before any inactivity fees are applied.
These Terms and your use of jkt7's services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jkt7 is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact jkt7 customer support in writing, providing detailed information about the issue. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication with our support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree that the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than through class action or representative proceedings. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body, with proceedings held in English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jkt7 regarding your use of our services, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing by an authorized representative of jkt7.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. jkt7 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice.
